Safeguarding Statement

As a family church, we feel it is vital that everyone is completely safe and cared for when they attend any of our activities, particularly children and adults with additional care and support needs.

We aim to provide a safe environment, taking measures to safeguard vulnerable adults and children from harm or abuse. All our children’s and youth helpers have safeguarding training and have enhanced DBS checks, which is part of our safer recruitment process. We will record and report any concerns of abuse and our safeguarding team have clear processes and accountability.
