Staffing Plans

In October Rachel stood down as our Operations Manager and, boy, has she been missed from behind the scenes here at Exeter Vineyard!

We now have the smallest staff team we’ve had for over a decade and Dave, Sarah and Adam are really at capacity.

So as we thought about the next step and how to fill the gap left by Rachel we feel God is inviting us to invest in pushing the church forward.

So, instead of a supporting role we’re going to advertise for an Associate Pastor. This position would carry a high responsibility for helping the church do things. This means doing the things we’re already better, picking up some things we’ve had to stop and taking hold of new opportunities that are out there.

We’re specifically looking for someone who feels called to church leadership. We are imagining something like the curate model, where we employ someone who wants to get training and gain experience as they test and pursue their calling.
